Mondays: 5:15-6:15pm

Saturdays: 3:15-4:15pm

Winter Season prior to the Spring season on the track. Runners to practice indoors and participate in indoor track meets with other running teams.

Spring Season on the outdoor track. Runners to practice indoors even during rainy or colder late afternoons of April and on the outdoor track when there are good weather conditions. Outdoor track meets with other running teams.
